These behaviors have caused me intense stress, anxiety, anger, and a deep sense of emotional abuse and disturbance, intensifying my feelings of isolation and helplessness as I struggle to maintain connections in my daily life.
The Emotional Atmosphere and Impact: The cumulative weight of these events has wrapped my days in anxiety and fear, cutting me off from the comfort of friends and the simple joys I once enjoyed online. My heart feels heavy with anger and sorrow, my mind restless with worry for my own safety and that of my beloved pets. The household now carries an oppressive mood of control and betrayal that deeply affects my mental peace and overall sense of freedom.
